Booking Terms

I am authorised to enter into this contract and agree to the following terms and conditions

General Conditions

1. Pathways Australia HR Solutions reserves the right to cancel or alter this program or specific facilitators at any time prior to the event date.

2. Payments must be made within seven days of booking online. 

Cancellation Conditions: 

3. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances other than event cancellation. However if a registered person is unable to attend, at our discretion and subject to the payment of a $75 administration fee or $150 administration fee for two-day courses we may allow you to transfer that person to an alternative date if available or to send a substitute delegate provided that we receive notification in writing at least two weeks prior to the date of the event for which you made the initial reservation.

4. Once a person has been registered to attend an event the total fee is payable in full even if the person did not attend the event for whatever reason, subject to the above clause.
